Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Historical center - 1 bdr apt in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

同為金曲歌后的艾怡良、葛仲珊雖分屬不同唱片公司，創作風格也大異其趣，但兩人今年一同受邀統一集團在聖誕節所舉辦的「愛?Sharing」活動，並聯手改編〈愛?Sharing〉這首聖誕主題曲。此次與主辦單位一同訂定會議時間，沒想到非常恰巧就是她們認識的四周年，讓兩人直呼：「這個合作是命中註定，一定成功。」
艾怡良笑說：「我私底下約葛仲珊到咖啡廳寫歌，因為我覺得我心目中的聖誕節是非常女孩、很公主夢幻的，所以特地找了一間有瓷器的咖啡廳，沒想到Ko一身嘻哈裝扮走進來，讓我超傻眼，但我們當天花了幾個小時，就一起把歌曲完成了。」言談間透露兩人默契絕佳。

提到聖誕節，葛仲珊透露雖從小在紐約長大，但其實因為華人關係，反而沒有太多聖誕節回憶。問及有沒有收過最棒的聖誕禮物？葛仲珊說，最棒應該是獲得喬丹三代跟五代的球鞋，到現在還保存在鞋櫃。
艾怡良則充滿少女心地認為世界上有聖誕老公公，直到現在仍深信不疑！談到五歲那年，跟妹妹躲在聖誕襪旁邊，假裝睡著要偷看聖誕老公公，結果發現是自己的爸爸，但還是非常感動，爸爸送她絨毛熊也一直保留珍藏到現在。
